ReferralReady.net stores referral partner records for the participating agency. That includes the information a partner gives us when they join, their directory draft, relationship notes kept by the agency and follow up tasks.
A partner controls their own public information through a private review link and can ask to be removed from the public directory at any time.
A directory profile is published only when the partner opts in and the agency approves it.
Client introductions are zero retention on both paths. Whether an approved partner uses their private link or someone uses the open introduction form, the information is used one time to deliver a message to the participating agency and is not written to any database on this platform.
There is no client table, no client history and no saved draft of an introduction. Closing the page before sending discards everything typed.
The platform counts confirmed deliveries only. A count carries no client name, contact detail or message content.
The open form separates two kinds of information. The professional information about the person making the introduction is retained, with their consent, as a partner prospect record so the agency can acknowledge the introduction and invite them into the network.
The information about the person being introduced is never retained. It is not written to partner records, tasks, interactions, logs, analytics, backups, browser storage, error reporting or any assistant prompt, and it is cleared from the page as soon as the email provider accepts the handoff.
It does not route a referral to a third party service.
It does not sell information or use tracking profiles for advertising.
It does not simulate a successful submission. When email delivery is not configured, the page says so plainly instead of showing a false confirmation.
Everything written here is general education about how insurance conversations work and how households think about protecting what they have built.
Nothing here is a promise of savings, approval, pricing, eligibility or the result of any review. Those depend on a formal process with a licensed professional and the terms of an issued policy.
Coverage descriptions are simplified for readability and are subject to policy terms, conditions and exclusions.
Partners can receive event follow ups and a weekly partner digest. Every one of those messages carries a link that lets you change your preferences or stop receiving them, and that link works without a password.
Messages tied directly to something you asked for, such as a profile review link, are sent regardless of digest preferences.
Directory profiles link directly to the partner's own contact page, which opens in a new tab. The agency does not collect or forward that conversation.
Partners are independent professionals. Being listed in the directory is not an endorsement of any specific outcome or result.
